I’ve explored some of the world’s most beautiful places, but São Miguel Island in the Azores truly took my breath away. Known as the “Green Island” for its lush landscapes, São Miguel is an adventurer’s paradise with a mix of volcanic craters, dramatic coastlines, serene lakes, and vibrant culture.
